Terms and Conditions

1.    A Guaranteed number of copies

The unique print run of a fine art facsimile edition is limited world-wide. Quaternio Verlag Luzern will allocate a number to each copy in the order of the applications as they are received. Once the unique and limited edition has been fully subscribed, no further orders can be taken into account by the publisher.

2.    Power of revocation

The buyer is entitled to revoke the contract within a period of two weeks upon receipt of the goods. If the fine art facsimile edition does not come up to your expectations you may return the goods in the original packing by registered parcel at your own cost.

3.    Price guarantee

All prices given for facsimile editions or documentation folders include both mailing and insurance costs as well as VAT in Switzerland, Germany and Austria. Prepayment is requested for deliveries in countries outside the EU. If you wish to exercise your right of returning the copy, we will refund the prepaid amount immediately upon receipt of the book.

4.    Payment accommodation

Quaternio Verlag Luzern offers individual accommodations for payment for fine art facsimile editions. We shall be glad to work out a personal proposal for you.

5.    Documentation folder

Every subscriber of a fine art facsimile edition receives the according documentation folder free of charge.

6.    Retention of title

We retain title to the goods pending payment in full. Swiss Law is applicable. The place of jurisdiction is Lucerne, Switzerland.
